Chamonix presents Dynamics 365 for Field Service
The Chamonix team were delighted to host a breakfast session on Dynamics 365 for Field Service at Microsoft’s Adelaide offices this morning. Our very own Clare Kavanagh, together with Jacky Chen, took attendees through the customer journey illustrating how this powerful, customer centric tool can be of value to organisations at each stage of the chain. We were also fortunate to have special guest, Shayne Hilton, from Eldercare share some of his first-hand experience using the solution so far from an aged care perspective. As we see people and technology become increasingly connected, the scope for businesses to be proactive and gain a competitive advantage through Dynamics 365 for Field Service is exciting!
