With continued growth in our Adelaide office, we are now seeking applications for the role of Change Manager.

Key Activities

Working in a collaborative teaming relationship within the Change Management team, the key activities of a Change Manager at Chamonix include:

  • Identifying other projects, making the linkages and developing strategies that minimise disruption to stakeholders
  • Ensuring that the project is in strategic alignment with organisational strategies, business planning and performance planning
  • Preparing the Project / Change Team relationship
  • Preparing the Project Sponsor and Business Owners to own and lead the change
  • Preparing the Stakeholders for the change and sustaining the change

About the candidate

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience and knowledge of change management strategies and activities to support the implementation of community, business and government changes.
  • Ability to diagnose and analyse change management issues and develop and implement effective interventions.
  • Experience and knowledge of communication strategies and activities to support the change management effort.
  • Ability to diagnose and analyse communication issues and develop and implement effective interventions.
  • Well-developed skills in influencing and working through others where direct reporting relationships do not exist.
  • Experience in producing communications tools to a finished standard.
  • Well-developed skills in influencing and working through others where direct reporting relationships do not exist.
  • Experience and knowledge of learning and development strategies and activities to support the change management effort.
