A Journey to Operational Excellence through Integration and Infrastructure Management

Utilities

Since January 2011, Chamonix has been a trusted integration partner for a leading Australian energy infrastructure company. Over the past 13 years, we have established best-in-breed integration practices, ensuring consistent and accurate information flow between critical business systems and operational systems. This partnership has supported the organisation through multiple platform transitions and system updates, achieving remarkable stability with no P1 incidents in the last five years. Our managed integration services have reduced HR overhead, enabled SLAs, and ensured operational continuity.

Key Challenges

A leading Australian energy infrastructure business, required a reliable integration partner to support and expand its extensive portfolio of critical infrastructure assets. Their operations include managing gas storage, processing, and compression facilities, along with renewable energy assets like solar and wind farms. The primary objectives for the organisations integration practice included maintaining uninterrupted operations across its extensive network and facilitating growth and diversification through new projects and acquisitions. As the business environment became increasingly complex, they needed to ensure compliance with stringent regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of operational stability and efficiency. The integration of various business systems and the accurate, timely flow of information were essential to meet these objectives.

Solution

Our partnership has been integral to maintaining the organisations extensive and expanding portfolio of critical infrastructure assets, including gas pipelines, storage, and renewable energy facilities.
