Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in design and implementation of SharePoint & Power Platform solutions
  • Provide SharePoint and Power Platform support to customers
  • Development and monitoring for managed solutions
  • Implement and manage disaster recovery and back-up
  • Create technical support documentation for systems and applications

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Knowledge of tenancy and site-collection management of SharePoint Online
  • Experiencing building, managing, and governing Power Platform assets including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents
  • Proficiency managing and diagnosing identity synchronisation technologies like AAD Connect
  • Proficiency managing hybrid cloud tenancies including hybrid Azure and Microsoft Search
  • Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities, including experience with the M365 Audit and Compliance logs and the Unified Audit Logs
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Proficiency working with Azure tools including App registrations and Azure Active Directory 
  • Extensive PowerShell experience, including Azure, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint Online Management Shell
  • Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues

Highly Desirable

  • Knowledge of server, farm, and site-collection management of SharePoint On-Premises versions 2013, 2016, and 2019
  • Experience developing in .Net C#
  • Experience with SPFx/PnP Development within SharePoint Online
  • Experience working with the Microsoft Centre of Excellence toolkit
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps for source control and configuration management
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ConnectWise, ServiceNow, JIRA
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Logic Monitor and PRTG

Education and Experience Requirements:

2+ years’ experience in a SharePoint / Power Platform role
