Cloud Migration – Non-Profit
Our customer in the not for profit sector had been operating within a on-premise based hybrid environment with strong ties to working on-site. As part of their growth and expanding their operations, they were looking to modernise their work practices and enable a mobile workforce.
Chamonix was engaged as their cloud migration partner and an M365 Azure Cloud based environment was selected. Key to the migration was a focus on enabling a mobile workplace to meet the unique needs of the workforce, which was spread across several different locations, both office-based and remote. Our customer wanted to ensure they were able to meet future supply chain requirements including adherence with the Essential Eight Maturity Model.
We established a base operating environment ahead of migrating existing accounts and data as well as the new identities within the cloud and migrated email and files/data into the new environment as well as collaboration services including file storage and Teams.
As part of this solution, Chamonix established a baseline security posture for our customer and provide ongoing managed services to ensure the optimal health of the new environment.
